The hotel had a great location close to the train station. It was easy to find restaurants and cafes nearby (handy for late-night snacks). Check-in was fast. I appreciated the efficiency. The room had a fridge, which I found very useful .
The room could have been a little cleaner. Some areas felt superficially cleaned.

The Comfort Twin Room was adequately sized and included necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the available heating, especially since my visit was in winter. It kept the room cozy and warm.

The hotel had a drinks vending machine, quite convenient for quick refreshments. There was also parking available at the hotel (this made things easier). I felt safe and secure . This added to my peace of mind.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . They spoke English well and were quick to respond to my questions. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I didn't have to wait long.
